I got to meet LR1231 (Lewis) last week while he was on leave and passing through Lubbock.
Come to find out we had met a couple of times before at preparedness training when he was a volunteer fireman for a nearby community.
He didn't recognize me by name when we have communicated in the forums but found me on LinkedIn and made the connection.
He truly is a nice young man and I appreciate his service to our country and to his nearby community.
He wants to spend some time in the shop when he comes back through here following his next deployment. Military doesn't like them to say where and when they are being deployed.
I look forward to having him come back.
It truly is a small world at times.

It is.
Your graciousness extended to one of our finest is greatly appreciated.
Next time you see him, please shake his hand for me.
