Yes, as I said in the PM, I do have the ability to scan it into a PDF but while I was scanning it I became aware that it does have a Shopsmith part number.
I looked it up on the website and it is available from Shopsmith for only $1.88.
I tried to post a scanned pdf of the Accessory Stand, but there seems to be a problem with the forum upload. If you would like to have it, send me a PM with email address.

If you can view the pdf on your own computer, then the problem is likely the size of the file. The forum employs some fairly restrictive file size constraints.

For a PDF file, you are allowed 5.72mg. My file is only 1.4mg. When I tried to upload, I received a message that there were problems with the forum upload.
