I think this is the only error in your plan. Better at least double that. Perhaps rather than building a house you could just get a small, ancient travel trailer to live in -- surely your wife wouldn't mind.

Thank you, Ed, for starting this thread. And, I have enjoyed all the videos posted. I'm going to have to get a set or two of that Veritas tool group. That will help minimize my big mistakes. :D :D :D
