That seems a reasonable price. You might try adding additional photos, with the accessories presented more attractively, not just in a big pile. Also try listing on eBay (but you'll probably want to specify local pickup only, unless you want to embrace the hassle of crating and shipping via motor freight.)

OR...you might reconsider keeping it. These machines last forever, and you won't find any other tool(s) that'll do everything your Shopsmith will for $500. Instructions on how to pack a Shopsmith for shipping or moving are available on this site, and if you are using a moving company they'll do all the work for you.

Besides, it's a legacy from your dad! And one that, if you maintain it, you'll be able to pass on to your own kids.

It looks to be very clean and the price is reasonable. Take individual pictures of all accessories. Remember, presentation is important. You want to attract the viewer to look things over. The more time spent looking at an ad the more likely there will be an interest. Clean everything. Don't just accept a low price to get rid of it. What you asking is a low price for a clean machine.
