Has anyone heard from Doug Reid lately? Last I heard from him was back in August when he announced SS price increases.

He gave an online seminar on the power pro headstock recently. He seems to be doing well and keeping on with shopsmith stuff. He's probably got the best shopsmith oriented youtube channel around. Lots of good information there.

Doug Reid here...I'm doing well, still doing webinars for Shopsmith and an occasional YouTube video. I thought I would have more videos out by now, but you probably all know about the life of a retired guy.
My wife Susan is also mostly well (at the top of a 16 ft ladder at the moment.)
We are revamping the webinars, and I'm making some new videos for that.
I am also trying to get my blog, ShopsmithWoodworker up to speed. I told Susan today to not schedule any projects after Sept.3, because I need to get back to my shop for some sawdust therapy.

Glad to hear things are well with you and Susan.

Great to hear from you Doug. Still looking forward to that planer sharpening video. Also excited about the revamp of your site.

Glad to know all is well. Your YouTube page is the first thing I see every time I open up the YouTube app.
