Using Extension Tables with Bandsaw

I have got a project where I need as much band saw table as possible. If I am remembering correctly I once saw a drawing of the extension tables set up, on the right hand, front and back sides of the band saw. I believe it was called a "Carrier"?

Does anyone else remember this? If so, where can I find the drawing?
