10ER main table, boy that was a lot of work....

Here is a picture of my table insert. If you look near the arrows you can see where it had broken, actually looks like it was in two pieces. More weld shows up on the bottom so it still looks pretty good on the top.

I was going to use it to make a pattern for more inserts but the fit is really poor. Maybe it just this one but look at the corners. Typical?

However this is it for the summer projects and I now have to move on to fall projects. The 10ER is going into storage again. I really hoped to get it done but it is never easy to find the time for everything you need to do and want to do.

FWIW, the one on my restored 10ER looks "typical". I am not sure why you want it to fit any better other than your precision mind. I certainly understand that because I think the same way.

Well it looks like the table insert fit is a universal thing. I'm sure I can do better. May be a good way to test out the Shaper Origin.

Took my last load of 10ER stuff to storage today. I know I'm making progress but it has been slow. I had 4 boxes of parts and now it's down to two.
