That's the video of the dvd that comes with pp upgrade. good that they finally posted it online.
520 now upgraded to Mark 7, 520 "shorty", 500 converted to a dedicated drill press.
2 - bandsaws, jig saw, belt sander, strip sander, 4" Jointer, planer, air compressor.
ClearVue dust collection system.

I noticed Jim using a piloted countersink bit. Any one know what size it is?

I assume it comes with the upgrade bits. 1/4" pilot???????????

The countersink bit comes with the kit.

Very good video. There is only one ooops that I noticed. During installation of the power supply he installs a clip under one of the power supply brackets to hold the power cord. In the next scene where he installs the locking wedges and for the entire rest of the video that clip is not there.

It has been mentioned before, but that sharp pointy screw near the possible location of the wire bundle scares the bejabbers out of me.
