I decided to make up some memorial flag cases. So far, I have 2 in natural oak, and 1 in natural cherry. More might happen if the ambition calls for it.

Very nice. How did you cut the acute miters?

I got the plans from this site. To cut the miters, I did a variation of the method on this site. Obviously, using a Shopsmith, I tilted the table a few degrees instead of tilting the blade as he shows.
