While this discussion is interesting, it is pretty much irrelevant,

Checking the first page of this thread reveals that the first post has been deleted by Admin.
Checking the Members list reveals that there is no longer an account under the name of NancyBrown.

So, someone, not me this time, reported the offending post to Admin, (the little button with an exclamation point) and Bingo, post and user are gone. no one left to add to Foe list. No fuss, no muss.

Possibly, but they have been members for years and never posted, and they wouldn't have been affected by NancyBrown being on your foe list.

Many of the long time members here are very good at spotting scam posts, being on the west coast I catch a few late at night, but even then they have often already been flagged by another member. Flagging these posts as Spam or questionable is the best way to deal with them, Admin deletes them promptly, and if no one else has posted to the thread then it is gone with out a trace.
