Festool Prices going up again

Post by reible »

Just like before you can get them at current prices until March 1, 2018. If you are planning on some purchases now might be the time.

I just put in a January order and will put in a February order next month. Have to split things up to fit the budget but I will still have to do some purchases later in the spring but I'm looking to see what the increases are and ordering accordingly.

I'm sure the information is other places as well but here is a link that I used:

https://www.festoolproducts.com/festool ... -2018.html

I have budgeted about $2500 for festool items this year but by ordering now I will save about $50, yea not a lot but something.

Check out their refurb offers. I picked up a C18 drill for about $100 off the new price last fall. It looked new as if someone bought it and had buyer's remorse. Other than the Conturo edge bander, I think I have all the Festools I need for a while. With two of my daughters getting married this summer, I definitely have all the Festools I can afford.
Thanks much,

Chris Phelps

I get the refurb offers but so far I've either not been quick enough or not seen the items I want. Either way I will keep trying but since the price increase is coming I put in a second order today for a few more of the things I want.

Used up this months tool budget so the other things will have to be gotten after the price hike. There are just a couple of smaller items and one larger item on this years list, the larger item is not going up in price so I'll be spending only a small amount more.

Now if it would just stop snowing (8" in the last 24 hours and a couple more storms coming. We will tie a record of 9 consecutive days with snow when it all over) and warm up enough to work in the shop without spending a fortune on heating it would be great.
