I've never felt the need to use the "foe" feature on the Forum (ok, I've been tempted in one instance, but that's all behind us).
But of late, we've had some persistent spammers and Admin doesn't seem to be as vigilant about promptly or ever deleting their posts, even after reporting the spam. So I decided to see what adding a spammer to my "foe" list does. And the answer is: absolutely nothing that I can detect. Their posts are still quite visible at the top of the forums. Ugh.
