If you have an old fashioned Hardware store that still exists in your community, a Fastenal or Grainger facility, you may can find one also.
Bear in mind that Shopsmith would not manufacture something of this nature but through the years took components readily in place in the market. This clip may be used in dozens of components originally available in the area around Dayton etc. and likely nationwide.
That said, knowing the exact size would be helpful as we could order them as Shopsmith used to publish in their parts lists a common item, locally available.
All the sites I checked had them, but you had to specify shaft diameter, groove diameter, material etc. I only listed Grainger as it was easiest for me to capture.
I wonder if someone has undertaken the documentation of E-Clips and Roll-Pins like the one Mickyd did for setscrews. The setscrew document is available in My Google Drive in the Parts & Accessories sub-folder. If someone knows if one exists, I will gladly post it there.
