Keyless chuck

Post by ryanbp01 »

Does anyone know of a manufacturer of keyless drill chucks that would work on the quill rather than the standard Jacobs chuck?

you could use any with a 1/2"-20 thread and shorten a 1/2" universal or shaper arbor. there was one on the bay recently with an arbor that got no bids. it may get relisted.

The one on Ebay was a 0-3/8" chuck with a custom made adapter. It was a high quality chuck, one of the best you can buy. I believe it is made in Germany.
