Shopsmith Inc. was formed in 1972, and they had been back 9 years in 1981. They were lazy and took an old drawing I suspect.

My brain was not working correctly on the out of production time. I have removed it from the earlier post. What this shows is what has happened before - using old pictures, diagrams etc. for more current manuals/documents.
