Just watched the video again. So, the quill return assembly shaft he has in the vise is different from mine; didn't realize the difference between the 10E/10ER and the 5. My quill return assembly shaft does look different so, yes, I see what you are indicating.

Looks like I need to do the opposite to what he is showing! Thanks for the tip - appreciate it!

Now, off to give it a go and get the spring back into the housing and finish up getting the assembly back into the headstock!
