Some of you may know Dave Stanton a YouTube creator, I follow him and he did two new videos one one using the CNC software called Aspire with a brief tutorial on how to use it. He promises a series on the program and using his CNC machine

Re: CNC software and beautiful birds of Australia
There are a lot of great tutorials on using the Vectric products (Aspire is the top of the line, VCarve next, Cut2D lowest in features, plus PhotoVCarve is specialized). Vectric itself has outstanding tutorial videos for each of their lines and then there are the myriad Youtubers, like Dave Stanton, who are also doing series.
One of the great things about the Vectric products is that they offer free trial software. The products are fully capable of doing everything other than generating g-code and the files saved can't be used in the non-trial software; however, certain projects that Vectric offers can generate g-code so that a person can actually cut a project.
Another nice thing about Vectric is that there is no "penalty" for starting with their lowest cost products and later upgrading to higher products. For instance, I started with VCarve Pro, later upgraded to Aspire for the price difference between the two products, and actually there was a version upgrade as well (VCP 7 to Aspire 8) that didn't cost me any extra.
