Wood Belt Buckles

Post by stickmaker »

ak and mahogany Belt buckles. I mounted a one piece buckle assembly on the back. I got from Tandy leather. They have changed to a different model now but they still work. It is held in place with epoxy and 2 small brass skews.

Those are awesome! I used to do a LOT of leather craft back in the day. Had to give it up because of eye sight. I would have loved to do a belt with one of those! I used to do a lot of wildlife carving, those would have been perfect. Getting ready for cataract surgery soon, and I am told by my doc, that I may be able to do leather carving again after the surgery. I may try to do some wood carving looking at those! :)

Nice Job!

They would look nice holding up my "dress" jeans.
