Careful here! They were recently changed. I assume that is the 'current' number.

Call CS to verify which 'version' you need and what the PN is.

I'm looking at a set with part number 517824. Also has something to do of what serial number is on the jointer. Who is "CS"?

The old style wedges three have holes. While the newer ones are five holes.

521945 = "NOTE: This is a 5 hole wedge for the newer cutter head."

I restored a 620 jointer a year ago and had to buy used wedges as SS was only carrying the newer 5 hole version for the newer slightly larger diameter cutter head. Just checked the site and it appears that has not changed. They expect anyone needing cutter head parts to buy a complete new cutter head. The newer wedges are larger and not inter-changeable with the old ones. I have a set of the newer ones and tried. The part numbers already given are the correct ones for the old and new wedges.

Dave,
How many wedges are you looking for? A single one is for sale on ebay.
