Looking for some plans

Post by dannyshamoon »

Oh I don't know maybe about 100 years ago, Shopsmith made a lot of work working plans. I'm in need of anything that resembles what's in this picture. Of course, since my daughter is 35 now, I got rid of it. Now we have a grandbaby girl who could use one. Any help is appreciated.

We got plans, all sorts of plans.

Hope some of these do the trick.

Actually, I doubt that this will help. I had not looked at the list.

My next guess is Wood Magazine.

I only tried about a half dozen of the links, but the ones that I tried all worked.

Same here. The free ones error with the following.

We can’t connect to the server at www.freejewelryboxplans.com.

The free plans initially link to the SS owners site but it appears that then there is a redirection to "www.free (plan name) plans.com and that fails with a server not found error.

The paid ones are linked to the SS owners site and work.

When I click on your link above, it works fine for me. When I click on the continue... link at the bottom of the page, I get the assembly instructions, cut list, etc. Different problems for different browsers, I guess. I'm using Safari on a Mac.

I guess the Mac must be magic then. It finds things that Firefox, IE Explorer, MS Edge and Google Chrome all fail at. :)

It appears there is a DNS server down somewhere that is dependent on ones routing.

The link works for me. I am using Firefox on a Linux if that helps.

I am using Firefox also on W10 and JPG seemed to also have a problem. It is certainly not OS/Browser specific. Just a DNS server somewhere.
