Hi all,
Just signed up so I thought I would introduce myself. I'm a stay at home dad former mechanic who's just getting into woodworking. I've had an old greenie for a couple years that I got for free and was in need of a total rebuild. I've started to tear it down and hunt for parts. Found an ad for a bandsaw on CL near me. Went and looked, meet a really nice guy who had happened to just have bought another complete unit last night for the upgraded tables. So I came home with a bandsaw, planer and a fully functional MarkV with lots of extras! He also mentioned this forum so here I am. Be easy on my, I may be full of dumb question as i'm a novice to both woodworking and shopsmithing.
Cheers,
Mike

Welcome to the forum.
There are no dumb questions so I'll ask my first couple. What is the serial number for your machine and would you consider filling out your profile data. We sorta like to know who we are working with. Hey, you might live just down the street from one of us.
