I still have all my teeth but think dentists are just a bunch of yankers.

When I went to my nutritionist she stressed that fact that I needed to start eating right. Turns out it wasn't that complicated, in fact it is simple. You know you are eating right when your diet has these colors, greens, reds, and yellows. Just fill your plate with bright colors she said.

So when I got home I filled a bowl with M&M's and ate the whole thing. It was delicious! Who knew eating right could be so easy?

When they talked to me after my quad bypass, 5 years ago last month, they pretty much told me that my forever diet was "If it tastes good, spit it out"...

That's why I only buy teethpaste and a teethbrush.
Now if I only had a tooth than of course toothpaste and toothbrush, why pay for more if your not going to use it.

My dentist determined I'm brushing too much. So now I brush my teeth only on days that end in a 'y'.
