Time for Christmas

Post by masonsailor2 »

Time to get into the Xmas spirit and start making the presents. Mostly it’s ice cream scoops and salt and pepper mills. I decided to use up all the small scraps of zebra wood scraps and make handles for the scoops and probably a mill. No point in letting the little scraps go to waste.

That's very nice!

If you can turn zebrawood grain in that orientation, that tells me you know all the tweaks for sharp tools and solid workholding ! That's tough tough wood.

Turned the blank yesterday. I am waiting on a shipment of more scoops so I thought I would get two blanks ready to go.
