Order History

Post by ryanbp01 »

I was checking my order history and noticed there were a few things not recorded. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, my last two orders have never been a part of my history.

I had that problem before and then they fixed it but I just checked again now and there is nothing listed. I like to be able to look back to see when I ordered this or that but you can't depend on that anymore. Not sure ehat there problems are but they seem to be having a few right now.

I just checked mine just to see what might be happening. I have not ordered in quite a long time but the records are accurate and complete. I keep a paper trail so I am able to look back over time. I notice that I have an account number that has never changed. Is it possible that for some people with missing or partially missing historical data their account number has changed?
