In another thread (by claimdude) there is a discussion going on that introduces the idea of milling aluminum bar stock to be used in the t-track on the 520 fence.
Nice solution. BUT...Does the 2nd image really answer my question. It appears to be a piece of bar stock attached to a board for routing.
Was the milling shown in these images done using a carbide tipped saw blade or some other milling device?
Thanks to the original OP (RFGuy) and to the other contributors. This may be a solution for me as well.

I routed these face down on my router table with a solid carbide Whiteside spiral 3/8" router bit. Took small bites about 4 passes per edge if I remember correctly. Worked like a charm. Bought the bar stock at home depot. Made the holding jig out of scrap poplar.
