I made one for my 510 out of aluminum plate with mediocre results. I thought about hacking up my factory sawguard but I dont feel comfortable in using my tablesaw in resaw mode. I'm doing that operations with my bandsaw/planer for resawing planks. Now days I always use my table saw guard or pick a different method. No more dados on my table saw. Now I use a router/straight edge.
Six months ago I met a 45 year old man trying to get his GED because he lopped off index, middle and ring fingers doing a blind dado. Lots of long term issues with phantom pain.

1986 510, jointer, bandsaw, belt sander, scroll saw, jigsaw and lots of accessories. Shopsmith woodworking bench too!
