Help for my problem with a Woodpecker addiction

My name is Steve and I’m a Woodpecker addict.

I’ve subscribed to their email mailings, and absolutely love their products. I think their quality is top notch.

And hence my problem/addiction. OVER BUYING.. I’m finding myself wanting/needing/having to have many of the things they offer. I justify it by convincing myself that these are life time investments.

LOL. Do you think I have a problem, if so I’ve taken the first step in admitting it... Anybody know of any Woodpecker support groups?

All kidding aside, I think they have great innovative products.

As a self confessed tool addict, Woodpeckers tools are hard to resist, but what I have found is it helps to pick and choose which tools from them you decide to purchase (to spare the pocketbook a bit). I find that some of their tools give more bang for the buck, e.g. I love their 12" square and use it all the time now. It may be hard to know this until you hold one of their tools in your hand, but perhaps consider how much functionality the tool has and weigh that versus the desire to purchase said tool. Some of their tools are really neat, but fill only a very niche application so consider how much you will use it. Just a thought.

I love the Woodpecker tools as well and am often tempted, bought a couple, but if you folks think they are pricy, try multiplying the price by 1.37 which is about what we have to pay here up north. Pretty powerful disuader!
