the woodworking shows

Post by wa2crk »

Does anyone know anything about the Woodworking Shows? The only info I can find lists shows up to 03-19. Did they go out of business?

They have a "season" and will post next year's schedule in late summer or early fall every year for the upcoming shows. Their site seems to go dead every year for a few months after the last show of the season.

That said, the shows have been getting smaller and fewer of them every year. I don't recall the last time there was more than one or two stops west of the Mississippi. My brother in law's and I go every year, (usually someplace warmer than MN in the winter)
Thanks much,

Minnesota ( ane other nearby areas) have Winter just for the purpose of keeping people away. I wouldn't want to hold a Shopsmith show in my area in the Winter. With my luck, that would be the day we get one of those nice blizzards and have to cancel.

I'm one of the crazy ones that lives here for the beautiful winter weather. I don't like anything over about 50 degrees.
