Because many people are curious and will click on anything. The majority of people here are not that way and know the difference but the spammers don't know that. They spew out their stuff to anywhere they can with hopes of catching someone.dusty wrote:The question is still why???
What ever comes it?
It is just the same as the phone scams. Someone calls you from the IRS and says there is a warrant for your arrest if you don't immediately pay a fine or back taxes. Then they want payment by some gift card or bitcoin. Would you fall for that? I don't know why but enough people fall for it so that the scammers keep it up.
While I am typing this our latest spammer BOT ( Nicliexia ) just spewed out again with huge post. Nobody types that in. I also had an unknown phone number call me. Didn't answer it. I use a Bluetooth ear piece that say answer or ignore. All I have to do is say ignore. Don't even have to pick up the phone. If it is someone in my call list the ear piece tells me who it is.
