Re: Customer Service
IMHO only one thing counts. A live conversation with a real person. I would attempt to call at one second to opening.

Re: Customer Service
Good point. They open at 9:00 AM Eastern Time so that should be about 7:00 AM Mountain (AZ) time, I think. I might be a little groggy but, if I reach a human being it will be worth it.

Re: Customer Service
If you call right at the time they open (9:00am EST) and no one answers right away - don't give up. Wait a couple minutes and call again. Remember, they need startup time. Don't give up. Call again a couple minutes later. You will make contact calling this way.
Also --- remember the time difference works against you at quitting time too. If I call at 3:00PM my time (middle of my afternoon), they are already in the car heading home.
Just an observation: You posted at 22:20 on the 9th. At the time you posted I had already often 3-4 sleep and you had not gone to bed yet. We just don't all run on the same clock.

Re: Customer Service
SUCCESS!!! Called at 7:25 AZ time (9:25 East Coast time). Got through within 30 seconds or so. Talked to a very pleasant woman who got everything straightened out. Just in case anyone is waiting for a control sheave, they're making some now and they should ship about mid-week. That's what was holding the rest of the order up. I do think SS could have sent me an email telling me this, which would have saved ma a lot of angst, as they have done in the past. But, whatever, the order should be shipped mid-week. Finally.
