510 Table Tube Height Jig

I'm doing a rehab on a 510, never previously owned one, and the manual is among the things not present. Is there a jig or dimensions to make one that would function like the rail height jig for a 520? Or can someone provide a nominal measurement from the main table surface to the top of the tube?

Unlike the 520 there in no "jig" for setting the fence tube on the table edges. My 505 from 2006 has very, very little excess clearance in the mounting holes. I would just let all the threaded studs, or mounting screws if you have the first year version, rest on the top or bottom of the holes to make them as even as possible. Since my 505 is getting 520 fence rails I am not remounting the tubes so I am not doing alignments with the tubes in place so I have no additional tips.

I don't use a jig but I do attempt to set the rails all at the same height with relation to the table tops. I do this by placing all of the table side by side, upside down on the known flat surface. With the rails loosely attached to the tables, I insert the tubes into the rails. With the tables pushed firmly together (I clamp them), I then secure the rails to the tubes. When doing this, I put some slight downward pressure on the tubes and rails.

What I hope to achieve is a set of tables whose rails are all identically positioned with respect to the table tops. Actual distance is irreverent. Consistency across the table sets is.

I then flip that entire set of tables right side up and check check the rip fence for smooth transition across the table set.
