can I run a bandsaw off the quill end if I run it in reverse?

I don't see why not but, I my question would be why? Maybe to have two STP's mounted at the same time?

I recall a recent post where someone, Ed (reible) maybe, mentioned that this was a specific thing he liked about the PP. And it was a bandsaw.

In my shop if you can call it that, I have one of my shopsmiths towards the garage door and it is easier for me to mount the bandsaw there if the door is open. You do have to run the powerpro in reverse so if you intend to do this make sure you remember the two extra steps, reverse and confirm.
BTW my powerpro has never had the bandsaw issue that some people have mentioned. It runs fine on both ends.
