Is Shopsmith open and currenly shipping items.

I ordered a saw blade and 2 arbors 2 weeks ago and still not shipped. Called last week and they said was in stock and would go out in a day or two. Still not shipped? TIA for any info

I would like to know as well. I broke and ordered a new headstock lock assembly back on March 19th, was charged, but never received the item. I called CS but it goes to fast busy.

I ordered a few things on 4/15, they shipped 4/27 and delivery is due today. So they are open and shipping. I know they are not working at full strength, I think I heard that shipping was staffed only every other day.

I'm getting only an answering machine during working hours today, and it took a half dozen calls before it even rang. Either dead or an error message from telco.

On Sunday, 3/23, the Governor of the State of Ohio, in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Health ordered all non-essential businesses to close until May 1st in order to slow the spread of COVID-19 cases in Ohio. The situation continues to evolve, and we are working with the state to see if we are able to maintain limited on-site operations. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Because of this, we will be temporarily halting some day-to-day operations, including manufacturing and shipping. I talked to customer service a week or so ago and they stated that both their internet and phone service had been cutting in and out for a while. Even while I was on the phone with them it would drop sound intermittently and I lost the call once. They thought it might be because of the internet demand due to people working from home.
