I need an upper and lower saw guard for my machine. Its an early 60s unit with everything original. I found Guards for sale on Ebay but the seller isn't sure what model they are for and because I've never seen them I don't know either.
Could someone look at this listing and let me know if this is what I'm looking for? Reply here or by email to lorens@writeme.com.

that guard set would indeed fit your machine and also be the original style. i would reccomend the newer upgraded version for better dust collection and ease of use. ie:quicker to put on and off

Hi,
If you want the "look" of the machine to be original this might be the guard however if you want the "function" to be as good as it can be then you want an updated guard. This is the same one that came on my 1976 machine and it was to easy to not use it... a bad thing safety wise.

tips on identifying the upgraded saw guard
Thanks for the tip. I'm going to continue to watch Ebay for a used guard set. Any tips as to how I can spot one of the upgraded saw guards?
