As John said it is a rare item. Many 10E owners opted for the Metal Extension Table Upgrade kit which included the second version of the fence with a rear lock. For them there was no need to buy the rear clamp for the original fence. A number of the 10E's I have seen for sale have that upgrade including S/N 17731 which I am restoring now. This isn't the rarest Model 10 item. The Lower Blade Guard and the Lower Belt Guard are both extremely rare.
The picture below is the third Rear Lock I received that came with 10E S/N 1077.
The picture is from disassembly before restorations began.
