Take a listen to this video. On about a 2 second frequency, the sound changes back and forth. This is on the "Slow" speed setting and the variation in sound goes away above the "D" speed setting. Nothing attached to the headstock. Is that a bad bearing?

No rubbing or rattling. Just that change in harmonics. I don't know how long it has been doing this as I rarely run the headstock on slow with no attachments. Just noticed it while doing PM.
