The Smoking Gun

Post by jdramsey »

Hi all.

I saw something that I just had to share, because I had never seen it before.

I was websurfing this morning and went to The Smoking Gun website. There is a section of old film clips now on video. Some are old news reel footage. One of them is titled "crafty ladies". It's very short, but it's several women standing around and using a 10ER. Late 1940's I would guess.

Not much to see, but I found it interesting.

Interesting short video, wonder who's garage this unit is setting in today! Looks like they were having a good time with it. Thanks for sharing.

I keep finding little windows on this forum, that I don't really know what they do. So sometimes I experiment. Probably shouldn't do that, I know in my shop it can get me into trouble.

Does anybody know if this video still exists? I tried finding it with no success...
