How were you able to get your projects done without them?

(Sorry, couldn't resist as I've seen some pack-like mentality on SMC)

I was registered right away. At Sawmill Creek, they require your name for username

I'm right with you Ed- we both signed up within a couple of hours of each other. At the time we were intending to defend the Mark V. I think the question they asked was "Shopsmith, go or not". The Saw Mill Forum was overloaded with Shopsmith supporters and as they suspected we had rallied our forces from another forum, some of us were denied access.

One of these days we may get an e-mail from the Saw Mill Folks saying "Sorry for our delay - you are now accepted" however I won't hold my breath waiting for it.

It sounds like Ed and Chuck have been black listed.

joedw00, congrats on passing the background check.

I probably couldn't cut the mustard as I just finished building a "cathouse" today... and I don't even live in Nevada.

(Neighbors had cats, then they decided to adopt a dog from the kennel who has a problem with cats, so I've been feeding them for a couple of months. I decided that if I'm going that far I might as well shelter them too.)

I guess I must have been their token Shopsmither. I was part of the same rally to join SMC as Ed and Charlese. I got in and have been there since. BTW, I even acknowledged that I used a Shopsmith.
