Update

Post by admin »

The forum had been a bit slow the past couple of days. We were getting continuous high volume from a few IP ranges (didn't really appear malicious, perhaps someone scraping information at a fast rate).

For now I've adjusted the parameters to block high-rate usage. If it affects anyone in normal usage of the forum, let me know and I can tweak the parameters a bit. (right now, too many requests within 5 seconds cause a 10 second timeout).

Thanks for the update. Had noticed the slowness, it's much better this morning.
