Speed Control Issue Part ID Question

Happy Independence Day.
I'm having difficulty identifying a part. According to the parts drawing I have its called: Loop 504187
If you can verify the part for me or tell me what it is. See attached pic. Thanks for reading and your assistance.

Damage likely caused by insufficient lubrication of the control sheave or floating sheave(motor shaft).
