This was a poor effort. They should have had a running version of the old website, even if the data wasn't being updated. Our order history could then be transferred to the new website somehow. Encrypted passwords being unavailable is not a credible reason for order histories to be irretrievable.

I'm guessing the old system was based on rather old software and it's database could not be easily accessed from current software in order to keep both systems running concurrently while development continued. Still, this should have been a consideration from the start. But what's done is done. They'll fix what they can.

New Sheriff

Still damp ears!

Doesn't know what history is nor why it matters.

Hope stepping back will be an option.

I have sent an email to the team working on the current website. Order history was working previously, but now appears broken. I am hopeful it will be resolved quickly.

For those curious, the actual order history is kept separately from the website (in a database) since it covered a variety of systems over the years. I have verified that inquiries on the database do still return the information.

Order history is now available again. It appears as an Order History section at the bottom of the my orders page.

Sorry for the problem, an overly aggressive security control had broken it.

Yes, the site is up and I was able to login (VIA Google) but I have no parts history. I suspect that is because I was not able to login with my username and password. Oh well.

Then the little things like flat washer (sku#120388) that looks an awful lot like a set screw. Oh well!

To see order history make sure the email address you are using on the website matches the one you have been using for orders. Our lookup of order history is by email address (customer numbers sometimes changed over the years).

Still cannot get in with original credentials. Suspect that when I logged in via Google (I should have known better) that all got messed up.
