I am not the all knowing machine expert. But I can't find any accessory that is standard on others machinery and which fits the SS headstock unmodified.

It appears tat you might be looking for a chuck key to be used on a 10E/10ER.

If you have a Mark V that needs a key, I think you want a 3326. Following are two pages for a website that has both:

Other than the 17 most frequently ordered Shopsmith Mark V Parts, I would suggest the following parts if you do any repairs and which I find missing or damaged:

#124 Sheave Spacer that goes behind the fan sheave on the motor shaft. Prevents Fan Sheave from contacting the motor plate. Damaged some times.
#111 Retaining Loop #504187 goes on end of control sheave bearing. Included with new Control Sheave.
#112 Rollpin #513734 Retaining Loop fits in rollpin. Included in new Control Sheave.
#73 Spring #504196 Goes behind Speed Control Dial - easy to lose
#75 Washer #501631 Goes on Headstock Lock Assembly - easy to lose

I would add the power coupler. It is made of plastic and if you have moved a few times it willl proably shatter.

3326A is correct. Key is K32(1/4" pilot).

Remembering back to the farm/ranch. Not nearly as many parts and stock as the farm! Not enough room! The "Shed has become storage for the LOML's keepsakes that will not fit into the house. Keepsakes and "parts" don't mix very well.
