Isn't that the same as 516173, the insert for the aluminum bandsaw table?

It depends on which table it has. There were two different Tables for the gray Model 555220 Scroll Saw. The early Table used an insert (P/N 515196) similar, but not the same, as the Cast Iron Table Bandsaw. The later Table used a very similar insert (P/N 516061) but different in the opening for the blade then the Aluminum Table Bandsaw Insert (P/N 516173). The Insert from the Aluminum Table Bandsaw will fit the later Scroll Saw Table.

I bought a package of PowerTec bandsaw zero clearance inserts a while back for the cast iron bandsaw table. They are 2-1/2" OD X 2-3/16" ID and fit will with a smidgeon of filing around the outside edge. If the scroll saw table is close they may work.
