Contact or non contact sealed bearings on the quill shaft? What is your preference?

I use contact type (2RS). I had to look that up, so I wouldn't say it is a preference. IIRC SS (or their supplier) use shielded (ZZ) on the inner bearing for the current two bearing quill, but when I've rebuilt quills I often find dirt everywhere inside so I use 2RS on the inner as well. It seems like I have seen a 2RZ bearing somewhere, maybe the internal motor bearings on PowerPro, but it isn't common.

Thank you David. Contact makes sense to me with the amount of sawdust generated. I'll take your advice for the inner bearing as well.
