I should clarify from my first post about not being able to shim this to level the table. The Trunnion is cracked. That means it can change the angle it is off level from pressure applied to the table, opening or closing the crack in the trunnion thereby changing the angle it is out of level. Shimming it could level the table but again pressure on the crack would put it back out of level. If it can be leveled out and the trunnion crack repaired, it could work fine. As for what I would do, I would replace it.
