Power pro boot up issue?

Anyone see this issue before?
If I run my gen1 power pro on 110v it is fine. If I connect to 220v, some of the time it will boot up OK, other times just an illuminated but blank screen. Annoying, since 220 does offer a small but noticeable improvement in performance.

I can only tell you that my Gen 1 does not do that, and I run it almost exclusively on 230 VAC.
