Looks like 29 palms to me! Semper Fi!

P.S. Are you sure that 'white stuff' isn't ash from 'canyon fires'?

I missed the Central choice when I looked the first time. That would have been my choice if I had been paying attention. :o

I looked at your vote and you DID select Central.

For anyone who may not know, click on the frequency count to the right of the catagory in the poll summary and you can see member names who voted and where they selected.

Yeah, we are quite used to being moved around! I've even been told (when ordering something) that they could not ship to "overseas" locations!

He actually was quite annoyed at me for bugging him during his lunch.

With me it would be take your pick: Midwest, upper midwest, "rust belt", southern great lakes, North Central Region (according to the NMRA), Old Northwest Territory (for you history buffs), fly-over country, etc. What I like best about living here is the change in seasons and that I'm not too far from places of interest.

That all depends on what interests you. When younger, I loved Western Montana. Even the Winters! As for "places of interest" - Everyplace is interesting! As for towns - only 100 miles in any direction. I'm not being curmudgeonly- just laying out another point of view.

Not only that, IF you wait long enough, you WILL get SNOW in the desert!
