As JPG said,

In your picture below I have "circled" (red square) what is the Mark VII Headstock part. The Mark VII Motor Pan (red arrow) is sitting on the Main Table. The rest is a Mark V Model 500 with the original Table system and a Bandsaw. In the box there appears to be a mix of Mark VII and Mark V accessories.

.
As for the value, in its current condition not very much. In my area Mark Vs in good running condition and priced reasonable are not selling very quickly. The Mark VII Headstock is of no value to anyone interested in the Mark V 500. Some of the Mark VII accessories can be used on a Mark V. Mark VII specific parts may be of interest to someone if sold separately. Something to know is that there were less than 11,000 Mark VII tools sold.

The Bandsaw may sell better separate from the Mark V. It is easier and less expensive to restore to a usable condition than the Mark V.

For any of it the more work it needs and parts replaced to make it usable again the less value it has.
