Found this for sale. The owner says he has had it since "day one" and has been stored for 24 years. He ios including everything seen in the pictures. Half the stuff I dont recognize. I assume it is a Mk V 500 but Im concerned about the other stuff being missing. The price is good, he is 500 miles away but I dont want to get involved in a scavenger hunt for parts
If you can see anything thats not there and should be, please let me klnow
I appreciate your time
Jeff

Re: Need help to figure this one out...
OWnewb;
From the pictures, it looks like you have found a very nice machine...seems well preserved for its years. The only essential items that I notice are missing are the upper and lower saw guards.
Hope this helps,
Ed

Re: Need help to figure this one out...
oldwoodnewb,
Yes, that's a 500 configuration. As Ed noted, the saw guard is missing in the pictures, perhaps he has that elsewhere, something you'd definitely want if you want to use the table saw function.
Have you not found something closer to you? Ideally with a 510 or 520 table configuration? Also, a lot of these were sold with a bandsaw that is pretty decent. 1000 miles of pricey gas, lodging, food, etc. will add substantially to the price for what appears to be a $300-400 setup in many areas of the country.
