I just received this from Kreg. I'm so sorry I misled those of you on this forum.

I'm sorry to inform you that we no longer have the ability to do any type of customization of products like we used when you had yours done. This is why your associate received the email that he did. If there is any other way that we can help please let us know.

Makes one suspect they aren't manufacturing their products any longer but in fact are having them shipped in from some place else (China?) hence they no longer can customize a product.

Interesting view of customer service isn't it?

How difficult would it be to remove the Kreg 3/4 inch miter bar and replace with a shopsmith bar
